You can, but the prices displayed on
Skylife-Travel.com are available only through our service. If
you make a reservation at the hotel, airline or other services
directly, except for airlines you will be charged about 20% to 50%
more.

When do you check availability at the
hotels? |

We check availability only at the point of making a
reservation. If the hotel of your choice is not available AND you
give us a permission (see reservation form) to reserve another hotel
at comparable price and standard, we will do so. Please remember
that by combining "availability check" and
"reservation" into a one step, we cut on our cost of
operations and thus we can offer you much cheaper prices.

Will you confirm that my reservation

Yes. We confirm all reservations through e-mail in 2 working days.
You can also check your bookings after entering your ID and password
in the "Reservations"section. Please note, if your
reservation is made before or during a holiday in the related city,
it may take 3 working days to confirm it.

Will you confirm my reservation by fax
or phone? |

If you are in Baku we can send the original service voucher or fax
the itinerary form to you. Otherwise we make confirmations only by
e-mail so please make double sure that you have provided us the
correct e-mail address. Please note service companies like hotels
and car rent will not accept the fax copy of the service voucher. So
you need to print out the voucher we send you by e-mail and deliver
the hard copy to the hotel or rent a car service if you do not have
the original voucher in hand.

When will I get Azerbaijan visa? |

It depends on the specific Azerbaijan consulate which processes your
visa application. Consequently, please check with your local
Azerbaijan consulate to verify how much time it takes. Usually you
can obtain the visa upon arrival at Baku International airport. We
will send you invitation letter for free if you have a fully paid
hotel booking in Azerbaijan with us at least for 3 nights. |

Can I receive a confirmation directly
from the Hotel? |

Yes, you can but you would need to call/fax the hotel yourself.
Simply, wait for our confirmation by email. Once you receive it,
contact the hotel (contact details for hotels are provided in
"Hotels"section.)

Can I receive a confirmation letter
directly from the hotel? |

| Unfortunately, No. If you travel to Azerbaijan, the
Azerbaijan foreign ministry is currently requesting confirmation
from a licensed Azerbaijan tour operator. A confirmation from a
hotel will no longer provide sufficient support for issuing of a
visa. Our confirmation number is generally acceptable to Azerbaijan
consulates, although sometimes you may need to submit a formal visa
support letter which we can obtain on your behalf at a cost of $30
per letter. (if you do not have a hotel confirmation with us) One
letter is needed for each booking and can cover all passengers on
one booking. Please request this at the earliest opportunity if it
is needed for the consulate that you are using to obtain your visa. |

What is your cancellation policy? |

If you make your reservation and cancel 3 or more business days
before your reservation is due, we will charge your credit card 5
USD administrative fee. However, if you cancel your reservation less
than 3 working days before your reservation, we will charge you for
the first unused day-night (no show penalty). Consequently, be sure that
your travel plans are quite solid before using our service.
