For airline tickets; airline rules and conditions will be applied for date changes, cancellations and refunds. SKYLIFE TRAVEL does not have right to apply different rules or make changes on conditions set up by the airlines. Please note low cost carriers and charter companies accept only credit card payments and once booking is completed, the payment is already made directly to the carrier and not refundable.

For hotel bookings; normally there is no penalty applied for cancellations 24-48 hours prior to arrival date. The system shows you the cancellation policy for each hotel. Please click on Cancellation or Amendment on Support section, for your such requirements.
Any cancellations after arrival or during the stay will be subject to at least 1 night stay charge of the booking depending on the conditions of the hotel booked. But some hotels have different cancellation policies. As a general rule, cancellations made after deadline may generate charges with a different amount depending on destination, date and hotel. The same penalties will be forwarded to you. That is why, we strongly recommend you to read the cancellation policy of each booking carefully before “Purchase”.
During Fairs, Special Events or particular conditions of the reservation, the latest date for cancelling without any charge shall be specified at the moment of the confirmation. On occasions, particularly during fair periods it may be necessary to vary these terms in accordance with terms laid down by our suppliers. SKYLIFE TRAVEL reserves the right to alter this charging structure in such circumstances by notifying you in advance. Cancellations and/or amendments of bookings will only be valid if effected through the Online Booking System or received by SKYLIFE TRAVEL in writing. Should you fail to notify SKYLIFE TRAVEL of a cancellation or arrive (No Show), no refund will be due. If SKYLIFE TRAVEL were closed for being in no working hours or public holidays, you shall notify directly to the hotel the cancellation or modification of the reservation, noting down the reference, the name of the person who mind him, date and hour. In such cases, SKYLIFE TRAVEL should also be informed simple filling out the form at Support Section or send email to email@example.com
We do not accept cancellations or amendments over the telephone. SKYLIFE TRAVEL will not be bound responsible for any changes and cancellations made directly with the hotel.
During special event periods, certain dates and early bird type bookings, the hotel may pass on a different cancellation policy of which you will be informed as soon as SKYLIFE TRAVEL are notified.
In certain cases, name changes are not permitted and the booking may need to be cancelled and re-booked. In this case new rates may apply.
Any booking which offers free nights or early booking savings are liable to certain restrictions which we will inform you about as soon as SKYLIFE TRAVEL is notified. Generally these restrictions are; No name changes and no extension or reduction of nights. If you have booked a stay that includes 1 night free and your client decides to cancel-the free night will not be refunded.
Please note that nightly room rates might increase after a confirmed amendment even if you decrease the number of nights. This might be either due to changes in currency exchange rates or promotions on the original booking date.
